Dress Code

Clark GardensOur ceremony will take place outdoors in the garden.Immediately following, the reception will be held at the same location beneath a beautifully appointed event tent. Kindly plan attire accordingly for an outdoor celebration.

Weather PlanWhile we plan for a beautiful day, in the event of rain, we’ll simply move the ceremony into the reception tent so we can celebrate together comfortably.

Location &amp; DirectionsGPS maps sometimes suggest a route that is not the most direct. Guests traveling from Weatherford may take I-20 and Exit 405 for Ric Williamson Memorial Highway. Travel north to Highway 180. Turn left and proceed approximately 12 miles west. Turn right onto Maddox Road and continue north for about one mile.Clark Gardens will be on the right.

Venue ParkingOn-site parking is available at the venue, and golf carts will be on hand to drive guests from the parking lot to the venue door if needed.Cars may not be left in the parking lot after event as overnight parking is not allowed by the venue.

How to RSVP?Kindly RSVP by April 4. Please visit the RSVP tab above to respond.

What time should I arrive?The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m. We recommend arriving early to allow time for parking and a short walk to the ceremony site. Please plan to be seated by 5:15 p.m.

What should I wear?Our wedding is a black-tie optional event, and formal attire is requested. The celebration will take place outdoors, so most importantly, we encourage guests to dress comfortably for the weather and setting. Cowboy hats and boots are always welcome!

What to expect after ceremony?Join us after the ceremony for a social hour with chips, salsa, queso, and specialty mocktails. Dinner will be served buffet-style under the tent and will feature a festive Tex-Mex menu, including fajitas and other Mexican favorites. Dancing will follow as we celebrate.

Are children invited to the wedding?We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for your understanding — we hope you’re still able to join us!

Can I bring a plus one?To celebrate comfortably within our planned headcount, we are unable to accommodate additional plus ones. All invited guests are listed on the RSVP page. Thank you for understanding.

Hotel accommodations?There are several lodging options available in Mineral Wells and Weatherford. If you would like recommendations, please feel free to reach out to Anna or Jennifer.
